Vanness Wu and Ady An have been starring in TTV / SETTV's popular drama Autumn's Concerto, according to AGB Nielsen ratings report, last night the ratings reached 5.55 achieving the highest rating idol drama, breaking the record previously held by "Fated To Love You". [<- not true, probably a translation error, ftly broke 10] Vanness after revealing his body, now pretends to be a superman to accompany Xiao Xiao Bin, this funny scene has been nicknamed as the appearance of the new generation of comedians!
Ady, Vanness and Xiao Xiao Bin the "family of three" portray an image of a warm happy family, making a lot of female audience members feel touched and amazed. Having not acted in dramas for a long time Ady, who stars as the single mother has been well received by audience members, she said " after this I'll need to see how old the child is because you can't ask me to be a mother of an 18 year old."
I love this family of three! Peace and happiness is what I see and feel when these three come together under one roof. Hopefully, that peace and happiness will last...

Xiao Xiao Bin the matchmaker? Ady An feels like a mum & Vanness Wu wants to be a dad

Source: NOWnews
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
SETTV idol drama ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ yesterday held a ‘Taipei-Beijing cross-strait netizens fan meet’ and main leads Vanness Wu, Ady An, Chris Wu & Xiao Xiao Bin all attended. Earlier, Chris promised that if ratings broke 6, he would jump off Bi Tan. Last week, ratings reached a new high of 5.05, and this made Ady An say happily: “I’ve already helped him pick out swimming trunks from online!”
‘Mu Cheng’s home’ in ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ is located in The Three Gorges, and was built specifically by Taipei government for the drama. They are also making an exception for the first time and opening it for visitors, making fans very excited. Some fans of Vanness even flew especially from Hong Kong to participate. Other than this, even Chinese netizens are very interested in the story development, and they acted as reporters asking Vanness: “Which one was harder; filming bed scene with Ady or filming with Xiao Xiao Bin?” And this made Vanness reply shyly: “The 2 each have its own difficulty, but the degree of challenge in filming the bed scene was higher.”
The storyline has moved on to 6 years later at Hua Tian Village and Xiao Xiao Bin, Lin Mei Xiu, Chang Qing & Chen Wei Min have joined in the drama. Facing all these good actors, Vanness said: “In the beginning, I did feel a bit of pressure, because everyone was so good at acting, and I learnt a lot from them, even Xiao Xiao Bin would sometimes help be my prompter!”
After the cute Xiao Xiao Bin joined in the cast, he also made the drama crew atmosphere much happier. Ady said: “I really feel like I’ve become a mum, and Xiao Xiao Bin is my child. Whenever he sees that I’m tired, he would run over and give me a massage, really very caring.” Even the usually cool Vanness agreed saying he himself wants a child too!
Other than this, when asked Chris Wu whether he is looking forward to fulfilling his promise of jumping off Bi Tan, he laughed: “Because Bi Tan has a rule that nobody is allowed to jump, so hopefully netizens can provide some suggestions and see if there are any suitable methods or locations. As long as ratings break 6, I will definitely fulfill my promise!”
Now that is a full family photo with Alien Daddy, Earthling Daddy, Mu Cheng, and Xiao Le!!! Hahahaha! I hope the ratings continue to increase(but at a faster pace)! We only have a few episodes leftttt! :(

'Autumn's Concerto' Ady An & Xiao Xiao Bin's sweet mother-and-son relationship warms hearts of viewers

Taiwanese idol drama ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ continues to maintain good ratings. After the broadcast of the ‘8th stop’, ratings broke a new high of 5.05. In the drama, the sweet mother-and-son Ady An & Xiao Xiao Bin’s stellar performance have amazed the audience.
The hottest drama this season ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ has received very good ratings. The latest 8th episode reached a new high of 5.05, and continues to sit on the number one spot for the 8th consecutive week. With the entry of child star Xiao Xiao Bin, whom the audience immediately fell in love with, praising his cuteness and netizens even giving him the title of ‘child prodigy’. Currently the storyline tells of Xiao Xiao Bin & his ‘mother’ Ady An living in Hua Tian Village. Although they live by themselves, they lead a happy life, and the deep love flowing from this sweet mother-and-son have warmed the hearts of many viewers. Talking about her first ‘son’ Xiao Xiao Bin, Ady laughs: “He really is so cute! Earlier when I celebrated my birthday with the drama crew, Xiao Xiao Bin gave his most loved Sponge Bob to me as a birthday present. But when he was giving it to me, his little hands were trembling, presumably he was fighting an inner struggle in his heart!”
AH~ he looks so sad in the first picture where he gives away his Spongebob!!!! HAHAHA! I love all the Ady-XXB family scenes too! Can't wait for Van Ness Father to join them!!!

New York People Are Very Hot~
OMG! OMG! I REALLY SAW SHOW LUO AKA MR.PIG!!! I FINALLY GOT TO SEE HIM FACE TO FACE, WITH NO COMPUTER SCREEN IN THE WAY!!! WOOOO!!! HIS CONCERT AT MOHEGAN SUN WAS A BLASTTTTT! HE WAS SO HIGH, THE AUDIENCE WERE SO HIGH, I WAS SO HIGH, EVERYONE WAS SOOO AWAKE AND SCREAMING THEIR LUNGS OUT! I STILL THINK I'M DREAMING~HE WAS LESS THAN 70 FEET AWAY FROM MEEEEEEE! WHEN HE CAME OUT, MY HEART STOPPED BEATING FOR A MOMENT!!! AHHHHHH~ TOO EXCITINGGG!
*Break: Celsius has to calm down*
Wooo! I have calmed down a bit. Hahaha~ this is the first concert I've been to!!! I have fate with Show! My aunt got me tickets last minute!!! (more like the night before the concert) I was soo surprised and excited! I love surprises! Hahahaa~ So yesterday night, I hopped on the 8:15 bus that was bringing people to the casino where the concert is held! Good thing I sat at the front instead of the back, the toilet is in the back...and...let's just say it's not a good idea to sit in the back! Hahaha~ the bus ride was three hours long because the casino was in Connecticut. I was hoping to do some stargazing on the bus but it was too cloudy!!! Shucks! When the bus finally arrived, I hopped off the bus and wa la~ I got a $20 meal voucher which I used at a buffet place. The food was crappy. Enough said, let's get on with the concertttt!
Our tickets = good seats!!! It was the left side, ground floor, 15 rows from the stage!!! Less than 70 feet!!! But I envy the people who got 1st-4th row seats!!! They were less than 20 feet away!!! ROARRR! The concert started at around 2:04 and the crowd was screamingggg when the lights turned off and colorful dancing lights shined on a large curtain hiding the stage! AND then BOOM! The curtains fall and the great man is standing on the top of a staircase in his shining suit!!! WELCOME, LUO ZHI XIANG!!! Dancing Music came on and he immediately starting dancinggggg and singing a couple of songs including "Guo Wang You Xi" and "Hot Shot"~ It was all live!!!
He's soo awesommeeee! He spoke in English and it was hilarious! He's like, "I Love New York! New York People Are Very Hot!" HAHAHAHAAAAAA! And then he's askes if there are any non Chinese in the crowd and then he sees one and says, "Hi, Good Morning! Beautiful Girl, I'm Handsome Boy. Just KIDDINGGGG~ " I love how he says "Just Kiddinggg!!!" HAHAHAAA!!!
I think the next part was where Show find a "girlfriend" from the crowd and sing "Ji Fen". Show was like "I want to find a girlfriend. You want to be my girl friend? " Hahaha~ Then the screen on the stage displayed a series of rolling numbers, and Show shouted, "We count to three and find my girl friend!" Luckily, the lucky person was a girl. Hahaha~
Show: You have boyfriend?
Girl: Yes
Show: Oh No! Go back, go back! NOO~just kidding! What's your name?
Girl: Huh? (Hahahaha!)
Show: Huh? Hahaha~
Girl: It's -----.
Show: Oh, that's beautiful name! Today you have to be my girlfriend, will your boyfriend get jealous?
Girl: Nope.
Show: (to the boyfriend sitting below stage) Ok la~, just a few moments with her-
Girl: He won't mind.
Show: He won't be jealous but he'll be mad~
Girl: He loves you too~
Show: He loves me too? (to boyfriend) Thank you, I love you too! I'll help you sing this song to her *Sings Ji Fen*
HAHAHAAAAAAA~ GOSH, HE'S SO FUNNY!!!
Show goes on to sing his hit drama songs including the themesong of The Outsiders 2 and the subsong of Corner with Love. And then finally, he introduced his latest drama Hi My Sweetheart and his partner in the drama, Rainie Yang! I was hoping they would sing some songs from the drama but nope that didn't happen, :( .Instead they sang Lian Ai Da Ren, I'm okay with that too~ hahahaha!
After they sang Lian Ai Da Ren, the two had a conversation in English! Hahahaha!
Show: I teach you English.
Rainie: Ok, you teach me, I'm good student.
Show: Yea, I'm good teacher~
Raine: Um, okay.
Show: Okay, so how you feel? How you feel today?
Rainie: I'm so excited today.
Show: Yea, very excited today, right (Rainie starts laughing) exactly exactly.
Rainie: 你英文有進步...(Your English has improved)
Show: Of course, just kidding, okay, don't just kidding. My heart in New York. My mother's friends in Chinatown. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!)
Rainie: Hahaha! Okay, are you happy today?
Show: Very Happy
Rainie: Today is your day, right?
Show: Today you will 贏(win) money!
Rainie: Just then in the backstage, I heard you say that people that are high will win money. I was very high in the back.
Show: Oh, really? But you slept till 8. (Hahahaha!) She slept from yesterday to today. Very long time.
Rainie: Because New York is very comfortable~ I love New York!
Show/Rainie: Bow Chicka Wow Chicka Bow, New York! YEAAAA~ UH HUH!
Show left to change while Rainie sang "Dai Wo Zou". It was pretty goood~ Too bad she didn't sing any songs from her newest drama! :( Afterwards, she left the stage and then Show came back with a grand piano! More audience interaction!!! He started playing "Self-Hypnosis" and asked the audience to sing the song for him! Yea...we the audience kinda suck! Hahahaa~ We got lost in the middle of the song~ Hahahahaaaa! And he gave us the eye, o.O! Hahahahaaa! We were like waiting for him to sing to get us back on track but he didn't and then someone behind me was like, "Ah~ he forget the lyrics too!" HAHAHAHAAAAAA!
Show left again to change and this time a humongous air filled float of Show appeared!!! SOOO AWESOMMEEEEE!!! Show on Stage! I Love Stage!!!
The last thing I saw before I left was Show teaching the audience a small dance to TWINKLE! Ah~ it was sooo funnn! First was wave hands left and right, then clap your hands, then do the ya sign from left to right and then right to left, then roll your hands, and finally flap your arms like a chicken! Hahahahahaaa~
(He sang a lot more songs...just that i forgot...)
(This concert made it into NY TIMES! YEAHHH! The NY article requires membership, but its at AF too!)
AHHHHH~ TOO BAD MY AUNT AND MOM WANTED TO LEAVE A LITTLE EARLIER (BECAUSE THE BUS DOESN'T WAIT AND THE PLACE IS LIKE A MAZE, TOOK 15 MINUTES TO FIND THE BUS DEPARTING PLACE)! MOM AND AUNT HAD TO DRAG ME OUT BECAUSE I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!!!! BAHHHHH~ I HAD A SUPER AWESOME TIME THERE THOUGH!!!! WOOOOOOO! BYEEE SHOOWWWWW! SEE YOU NEXT TIMEEEEE!!!

Vanness Wu teaches Xiao Xiao Bin to tie shoelace; ratings break 5%

Source: UDN
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
The Sunday idol drama ratings have been released and with Xiao Xiao Bin's help once again, 'Autumn's Concerto' has broke 5%, with a big lead against 'Hi My Sweetheart' & 'Momo Love'. The battlefield seems to be very clear now.
On Sunday night, 'Autumn's Concerto' broadcasted Vanness & Ady's reunion after being separated for 6 years, and the ratings broke 5%. The father-and-son also finally met each other, and the scene where Vanness teaches Xiao Xiao Bin to tie his shoelaces, once again made the female audience burst into tears.
sarah: rest of article talks about other non-idol dramas so i didnt translate it.
hehe vanness & xiao xiao bin were so cute in episode 8.. that was like my fave part. so cute when xiao xiao bin ran up to vanness, insisting that hes his alien daddy. smart kid XD
celsius: episode 8 was so awesome! The three of them are finally for the first time under one roof. Xiao Le is so excited, Ady is so shocked, and Van Ness is so drunk! Hahahahaa~ So funny how Van Ness just passed out when Ady and him see each other again for the first time in 6 years!!!

Autumn's Concerto Episode 3 Summary
Recall from end of episode 2: Mu Cheng and Guang Xi running away together into the sunset from the hockey rink. They run and run and then hop onto an incoming bus. Hahahaha~ Usually in dramas, they like to film the couple running for some odd distance. I often wonder why they don't just hail a taxi instead of running for so long, hahaha!
Aww, look their hands are still together~
Mu Cheng promptly removes her hands from his grasp. She gets up to leave the bus but Guang Xi stops her again (for the nth time). He wants her to stay with him on the bus for the time being to accompany him. On his first bus ride.
Surprisingly, she agrees without protesting! He tells her that he's never been on a bus before. (GASP! That's like a New Yorker saying, "I've never been on the subway!")
"What! You've never been on a bus before?!?! What planet are you from?"
Time to walk along Memory Lane. Guang Xi recalls from his childhood a time when he was envious of the people riding the bus because they were able to choose their own destinations yet he was unable to do so. Poor him, he was constantly under the watch of his mother.
Mu Cheng's Memory Lane is the opposite of Guang Xi's. While he yearned to ride the bus to his own destination, Mu Cheng hated the bus because she feared that it won't bring her back home. To her, sleeping on the bus was a big NO NO. The last time she slept on the bus, Evil Lady tried to slip away.
Young Mu Cheng hatches new method to stay awake on the bus. She chooses a window seat and stays awake by drawing all places the bus passes so that she will remember the way home.
What a nice looking bridge in Taiwan! (The bus is traveling across that bridge)
After a nice bus ride, it's time for a walk in the park! And Guang Xi smoothly brings their conversation to their periodic nightly meetings by starting off with the injured bird. (He's probably thinking that the lame piano excuse he made last time won't convince her to come so it's time to use the bird) He purposely tells her that he hasn't been feeding the bird and she gets so upset at him! Hahaha~ "Why are you always so controlling?" she askes him.
"There is no why. I'm just a very controlling person. Whatever I decide to want, I won't let go. Hockey, my pets, my bets, and the people I care about." And the last term was aimed straight at Mu Cheng~~~woooo~hahahaha
Before parting, Guang Xi reminds Mu Cheng about their secret "date" at Sheng De Tang. 7:00 sharp!
Awww~ lookie~ she's smiling now meaning she's looking forward to tonight's "date"~ ahahaha!
Uh-oh! Mr. Creepy delivered food to President Fang's house and found out from a maid that Guang Xi is attending some kind of event and will be out the whole day! (He knows about their nightly meetings at Sheng De Tang) This does not look good to me. Not good at all...
Director He had set up funding for children with rare diseases and a celebratory press conference was arranged. Guang Xi was invited to attend the event by Yi Qian and he reluctantly goes (because his mom is there too and she'll nag him until he goes) keeping in mind his "date" at 7 with Mu Cheng. Arriving at the location, he spots Yi Qian trying to get a soccer ball down by jumping for the ball in her yellow bath robe er dress. This reminds me of the time I went apple picking with Kiwi...Yi Qian could use that apple picking stick! Hahaha~
Guang Xi being the athletic guy he is jumps and smacks the ball down for Yi Qian who returns it to the children. And thus begins another amusing conversation. "Why the big smile?" Guang Xi askes. "I've been keeping a watch on these kids since I was in America. Now that I've return to Taiwan, I could finally see them face to face, I want to use all my efforts to help these kids. If it's possible in the future, I want to be a pediatrician." she replies with BIG smile. He kindly returns her smile. "I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about those kids, why are they smiling so happily." Hahahahaaa~
Not taken aback by his remark, she returns his smile with another BIG smile. "Because I told them(the kids) that a coach will come to teach them to play soccer." Hahaha! What a nice way to get people to do things and not get no for an answer.
Yay! So the kids get a free soccer coach and they have fun for awhile until Yi Qian notices Guang Xi taking glances at his watch. Guang Xi tells her that he has to leave but with his mom is watching, it's gonna be hard to escape. But no worries, because Doctor Yi Qian comes up with this brilliant plan that involves Guang Xi faking fatigue and fainting and thus forcing President Fang to release him from the event. Right after Yi Qian comes up with this plan, Guang Xi faints. "Oh wow, you're really good at acting" Hahahahaaaaa~
Back at Evil Lady's house, Mr. Creepy is waiting impatiently for Evil Lady to leave for her dance classes. Dun-dun, it's almost 7. Do you know where you children are? Cuz Mr. Creepy definitely knows where Mu Cheng is...uh-oh...a very uneasy feeling...
Evil Lady is quickly ushered out of the house by Mr. Creepy. But's she not that dumb. Although she dismissed the seafood lady's claims to Mr. Creepy's indecent behavior, that thought has raised her suspicion on Mr. Creepy. Mr. Creepy, being a sneaky person, walks out the back door to avoid bumping into Evil Lady who walked out the front door. But little does he know, Evil Lady had decided to cut class and hid behind the house and watched him sneakily exit the house. This is one of those times where cutting class can be a life saver.
Nap time is over! Guang Xi wakes up to find that it's 7:00!!! (He didn't fake fainting like we thought, he really did faint~) Yi Qian tries to convince him to get a full checkup as this seemed serious but Guang Xi pushes that aside as he's late for his "date". And just before he leaves, he gives Yi Qian a wink~~~gahhh, hahahahaa!
Meanwhile, Mu Cheng is all dressed up and is waiting at Sheng De Tang for Guang Xi, when the door suddenly opens...
It's Ah Cai (Mr. Creepy). I don't think anyone likes that look on his face... it's creepy...
*hard to watch* Ah Cai hands some money over to Mu Cheng claiming that since she sold her body to the rich son(Guang Xi), he would like to join this business. *ya sick bast---* Ah Cai argues that since he's worked so hard to give her food and shelter, she should repay him. With her body. Unfortunately, there is no magic word here to help Mu Cheng get out of this situation, only a magic person can help her. Ah Cai, not wanting to lose another minute, pins her down...and rips...
THANK GOODNESS! Xiao Ah Yee (Evil Lady, i shall stop calling her that now because she just saved Mu Cheng) comes in just in time! Thank you for cutting class!!! She just saved Mu Cheng from being raped by Ah Cai!!! Thank you for coming to the right place at the right time!!!
She confronts Ah Cai who pushes the blame to Mu Cheng, saying that she seduced him and that she was charging money for bodily contact. My appreciation for Xiao Ah Yee was short lived...she chose to believe Ah Cai and turned on Mu Cheng, screaming at her, accusing her...Luckily, the drama is cut short as Guang Xi arrived at the scene...
Seeing a visibly shaken Mu Cheng covering her unbutton shirt and Ah Cai in the room, Guang Xi guessed what happened and immediately starts beating the crap out of the pervert. FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! Unfortunately, the beating came to stop when the security guards rushed in and broke up the fight. They were all taken to the principle's office. (Shouldn't they go to the police station?!?!)
Popeye the Sailor Man! Guang Xi is extremely displeased at the principal's refusal to call the police who pleads that it will bring a bad reputation to the school. (This principal should be sacked!)
Serves you right!
Xiao Lin, the lawyer comes in, with bad news. There is a video camera in Sheng De Tang and it would have solved the problem but the video was stolen so it's just Mu Cheng's words against Ah Cai's words and no concrete evidence.
Frustrated and angry, Guang Xi goes after the pervert again but is blocked off by Xiao Lin who begins lecturing him. "Sure, beating him will give the feeling of revenge but what justice will that bring to the victim?" Angry, Guang Xi slams his fist on a table. "But the video is missing. We can't call the police under the questionable innocence of Mu Cheng, and they won't believe anything I say. The police will only look at the garbage's injury bill, this will only let the victim be hurt again! This concept, I still understand. But what options do I have left to convict him?"
"Guang Xi, fists can't solve everything. There'll definitely be a solution to this problem, and fists are not involved." The lawyer has a very convincing fatherly image but he's not a father, how ironic! All the fathers (except for Mu Cheng's father whose RIP) in this drama are such jerks...and the biggest one is Director He.
At home, Xiao Ah Yee yells the crap out of the pervert who continues to blame Mu Cheng for seducing him. At first, Xiao Ah Yee was skeptical that Mu Cheng would do such a thing for money but then Ah Cai revealed that Mu Cheng wanted money to move out...
Furious, Xiao Ah Yee confronts Mu Cheng in her room and finds an envelope with money. Mu Cheng nods her head, affirming the fact she needed money to pay for college application fee. "It's true that I want to enter college(moving out...meaning moving to college dorms?) but I never seduce him. That money came from my own working income that I saved. I didn't sell myself. I want to move out, because Ah Cai Shu takes every opportunity to secretly harass me when you're not around. That's why..." *SLAP*
She simply refuses to believe her.
Poor Mu Cheng is thrown out of the house!
Kicked out her home and with no place to go, Mu Cheng tearfully holds onto the only memory of family she has left. And O WHAT PERFECT TIMING AGAIN, GUANG XI! Not a minute early, not a minute late, it only happens in dramas, only in dramas.
"Don't shed tears for people who don't care about you" he tells her, gently wiping the tears strolling down her cheeks.
At a time like this, it helps to know some rich guy like Guang Xi. One phone call and he's got a house for her to live in. (The house belongs to Jacko, Guang Xi's friend. By the way, if you ever travel to Taiwan and get lost there and happen to stumble upon this same house, the keys are in the mailbox. Just something to keep in mind if you ever go to Taiwan. =D) It's BIG alright! Looks like it got two floors and look a bike. Is that suppose to remind us of Easy Fortune Happy Life?
In the morning she got kidnapped, in the afternoon she got rescued, at dinner time she nearly got raped, at night time she got kicked out. This is too much for anyone, let alone Mu Cheng, to handle.
In the bathroom, Mu Cheng notices red marks on her neck and her wrists, reminding her of the earlier incident at Sheng De Tang.
Unable to hold in anymore, she lets it in out first in muffled cries, not wanting to let Guang Xi hear her.
But as her tears start to flood out, she opens the faucet and lets the running water hide her crying. It was a tearful scene.
Mu Cheng!!! Ady!!! Her crying scenes are goood~
After shower time, it's time for a bedtime story! "A long long time ago, there was a princess. She was kidnapped by a demon lord. The demon lord said to her, 'You can scream until you burst lungs', nobody will come save you. And so the princess screamed, 'Burst Lungs!!!' And Nobody came to save the Princess." It managed to get a chuckle out of me. Hahaha! This story reminds me of Odysseus and the Cyclops.
"You're lame."
"I didn't just want to make you laugh. I also want to tell you, in the future, if you encounter any danger, don't call 'Burst Lungs', call 'Ren Guang Xi' and I will came save you."
There is a moment of awkward silence so Guang Xi excuses himself to get a glass of milk for her. And when he comes back, she's already asleep.
He looks at her sleeping figure and blames himself for her misfortune that ensured earlier.
The next morning, Mu Cheng wakes up and sees breakfast on the table. Yum Yum! But all of a sudden, Mu Cheng remembers she hasn't fed the injured bird and rushes back to Sheng De Tang.
News spread like wild fire. Someone sent all the students in the college the photo in the screencap. Now everyone thinks Mu Cheng slept with her stepfather.
Posters defaming her innocence were posted on the walls in Sheng De Tang. GRRR!!! She rips them down, trying to get of the memories it bought back.
A crowd of students had gathered to criticize her immoral behavior but luckily Flower Boy comes to the rescue and disperses the crowd. "I trust you", he tells her. Aww, what a great friend.
Meanwhile, the news has gotten to the ears of President Fang. The only solution that she comes up with is to kick the troublemakers out namely, Liang Mu Cheng, Xiao Ah Yee, and Ah Cai.
What would they do without him? He reminds her that she must handle this situation with more care because the outside world is watching carefully how she deals with this. If she just kicks them out, that's not a good image for the university. He suggests that they open a "Searching for the Truth" trial aka a mock trial with an interesting name.
Flower Boy is busy trying to find the culprit who sent out those misleading photos.
And the culprit is the evil Zhang Ai Li. Revenge is a sour lemon.
Dang, she has a lot of people helping her. Guang Xi comes with news about the mock trial and persuades Mu Cheng to take part in it to clear her name and get her innocence back.
He offers to be her representing lawyer and assures her that he won't let her down.
Meanwhile, the school nerd offers to be the lawyer for Ah Cai, not because he believes Ah Cai but rather he wants to crush Guang Xi in court for embarrassing him in front of Yi Qian.
That's what we'll look like during the few days before final exams. Post its everywhere, nose stuck in books, brain crying too much info!!! And this guy...is trying to play catch up. His grades are in the gutter, he's ill prepared for the trial which starts in two days. So he has two days to jam whatever he can into his brain for that trial. Good Luck.
This lady passes by and is surprised to see her son working his butt off. Even she notices the changes in Guang Xi and it's all due to Liang Mu Chen.
Yi Qian heard about the mock trial and calls Guang Xi out to relax. (The message here is don't study your butt off without taking a moment to relax and clear your head. Everyone needs to refresh once in a while)
But relaxing is not the only reason, she called him out. She gives him some useful psychological reports regarding sexual offenders and she also reminds him to look for someone with knowledge and experience in courtroom to help him with his case.
And that knowledgeable and experience person is none other than Lawyer Xiao Lin! He's so awesome. Guang Xi lingers outside the lawyer's house, trying to put aside his hatred for the lawyer. This is called wasting time. But not for long, because Lawyer magically knows that Guang Xi is outside and opens the door, welcoming the lad in.
The lad tries to put on a cool front and gives off the message I-don't-want-to-be-here-but-since-you-invited-me-in-I'll-accept-your-help.
Lawyer is very happy that Guang Xi comes to him for help and immediately gets down to business. Pulling various books from his towering bookshelves, he flips through them, marking some pages, before handing them to Guang Xi. He tells Guang Xi to read through these books as they will help him in his case and also urges him to talk to the key person in this case, Xiao Ah Yee, and try to convince her to testify against Ah Cai.
This is their last hope and the key to this whole case. Xiao Ah Yee, if she appears in the mock trial, will either harm or help Mu Cheng, depending on which side she's on. Mu Cheng stays outside while Guang Xi goes in and tries his luck.
Trying to convince a stubborn woman is no easy matter.
Ax Cue See Me! Xiao Ah Yee and her broken English. She still refuses to believe Mu Cheng's words although I think deep down she does believe Mu Cheng.
Not wanting to waste anymore time, Guang Xi barges into the bathroom and takes pictures of the three locks used to keep the door shut and the boards used to cover the bathroom window.
Guang Xi leaves his number with Evil Lady, hoping that she'll change her mind and call him to testify against Mr. Creepy.
Evil Lady goes out to make sure he's really left her home whereupon she discovers that someone has helped her fold the blankets. She knows that the person was Mu Cheng~ (Maybe she's not that bad afterall)
On the blanket is a letter addressed to Xiao Ah Yee (Evil Lady).
OOO, yay! Another one down, and a few more to go! This episode slightly changed my view on Xiao Ah Yee (Evil Lady). Maybe she's not that evil, maybe she's does care about Mu Cheng but keeps it in her heart. The part where she threw Mu Cheng out of the house can be interpreted in many ways. It could be that she really hates Mu Cheng so she throws her out the house. Or it's her subtle way of protecting Mu Cheng. Perhaps she thinks that history might repeat itself, and the only way to protect Mu Cheng is to kick her out, out of the house, out of Ah Cai's vision, out into the lonely world.

Credit: gar6301
HAHAHAHAAA! Xiao Xiao Bin behind the scene clipsss!!! It's hilarious! Especially when the director starts teasing Xiao Xiao Bin about liking the other girl. Hahahaa~ And then there was the other part where Xiao Xiao Bin makes fun Xie Pi Dan from EFHL(xxb sed that to help xpd get into his role easier bc xpd is suppose to be really mean here)! He's like, "You're the meanest, but you can't even memorize your lines!" OOOOOOOOO~

Vanness Wu's half-naked body boosts ratings; no regrets in showing off muscular figure

Source: TOM
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
Vanness Wu showed off his muscular upper body in idol drama 'Autumn's Concerto', boosting up the ratings to a very good result of 4.25%. However, he said that he no longer receives any add oil text messages from his friends. On the other hand, Tiffany Hsu revealed that on Sunday, a friend kept sending her text messages during the Sunday broadcast, to talk about her acting skills. Apparently, that 'friend' was her boyfriend Ethan Ruan.
Last Sunday, 'Autumn's Concerto' broadcasted the scene of Vanness crying while lying in Tiffany's arms. To adjust her mood for this scene, Tiffany first pictured a situation in her mind, so to let herself completely immerse into the scene. She said: "When filming crying scenes, I think of my sick family members, so I am able to fully relax and cry!" She also said that when she was watching the Sunday broadcast, her boyfriend kept sending her text messages. She laughed saying: "He was scared that if he phoned, it would interfere with my watching, but then he kept sending text messages, so I still got disturbed anyways!"
Hahahaa~ Ethan!!! I'm sorry, Yi Qian...I had to skip that part because I couldn't bring myself to watch Guang Xi with another...so sorry~

'Autumn's Concerto' Tiffany Hsu's character very loveable; audience finds it hard to choose

Source: UDN
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
SETTV idol drama ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ ratings have reached a new high. The second female lead Tiffany Hsu’s character is very loveable, making the audience unsure of whether to support her or the female lead Ady An.
Last week, ‘Autumn’s Concerto’s storyline entered a new phase. SETTV expressed that not only did ratings reach a new high of 4.25, the 15-44 year old segment rating also reached a new high of 5.7. After main leads Vanness Wu & Ady An received affirmation from the audience, Tiffany’s character and performance is also very loveable, and the audience feel that her love and dedication isn’t any less than Ady’s character. Recently, Tiffany has also become a hot topic in online discussion forums.
Towards receiving affirmation from the audience and the good ratings, Tiffany feels surprised but happy. She said that she previously spent a long time discussing with the director about the best way to play her character Yi Qian. So to get rid of her past selfish and annoying roles, she decided to use a rather neutral method to interpret her character this time. Unexpectedly, this has allowed her to receive affirmation from the audience but many people expressed: “A too loveable second female lead makes us sink into a dilemma, who should we support?”
Last week’s storyline showed Vanness lying in Tiffany’s arms, and this made her so touched that natural tears started pouring out. To adjust her mood for this scene, Tiffany first arranged a situation in her mind, making herself completely immersed into the scene. She said: “When filming crying scenes, I usually think of my sick family members, so then I can completely relax my mood and cry!”
Other than this, Xiao Xiao Bin’s cuteness is invincible. His first appearance in ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ last week immediately captured the audience’s hearts. Many netizens felt that Xiao Xiao Bin is too cute, and even more talented than his father Xiao Bin Bin. His each and every expression was portrayed very well, and after Xiao Bin Bin heard this, he laughed saying he didn’t mind: “Right now as a father, all I feel is immense pride!” Xiao Xiao Bin’s dialogue is very smooth, his baby voice is extremely loveable, he’s extremely cute and has been given the title of ‘child prodigy’.
I'm still on the GuangXi X MuCheng ship!!! While I agree that Yi Qian's love and dedication isn't any less than Mu Cheng's, it's GuangXi and MuCheng's story that draws me towards them rather than Yi Qian and Guang Xi. I feel that Yi Qian is the most innocent character in this drama. She's a good person with a good heart, unlike her father. She has no knowledge of her father's wayward method to get Guang Xi to be with her. She has no knowledge of Guang Xi and Mu Cheng's story. What will she do when she finds out all the evil doings of her father, finds out Guang Xi and Mu Cheng's story, find out that Mu Cheng and Guang Xi has a son, find out that she is actually the third person. She did nothing wrong and yet she has to face this mess that the older generation created. Maybe...she can consider...Flower Boy? Hahaha~ Ai ya~

4-year old Xiao Xiao Bin defeats A-list idol stars!

Source: UDN
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
4-year old Xiao Xiao Bin has defeated A-list idol stars! Ratings for the 3 Sunday idol dramas have been released and Xiao Xiao Bin’s first appearance with his cute baby voice and sparkling eyes made SETTV’s ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ ratings break 4%. However, Show Luo & Rainie Yang’s ‘Hi My Sweetheart’ dropped to below 2%, and Cyndi Wang & Jiro Wang’s ‘Momo Love’ only just broke 1%.
Sunday idol drama ratings have become worse, one idol drama after the other. The high ratings achieved by ‘My Queen’ and ‘Fated To Love You’ seems to have disappeared into thin air. Vanness Wu & Ady An’s ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ yesterday finally broke 4%, with Xiao Xiao Bin’s first appearance. Online discussion forums have been praising Xiao Xiao Bin non-stop, and even gave him the title of ‘child prodigy’. However, there were also people who felt that Xiao Xiao Bin’s lines were too mature, and that it would be even better if it was more natural. And Xiao Xiao Bin’s other idol drama ‘Down With Love’ will be airing soon and it seems he will be competing against himself. However, whether or not he can steal main leads Jerry Yan & Ella Chen’s spotlight is another topic.
Xiao Xiao Bin, with his clever speech and cute baby voice not only amazed the audience but even made many people cry. He has also attracted the interest of many advertisement companies and his manager expressed: “A public sector company invited the father-and-son to film an ad, but there have been many other advertisement companies inviting only Xiao Xiao Bin, but this is still under consideration.”
Although ‘Hi My Sweetheart’ and ‘Momo Love’ both have strong casts, but the former is too comic and the latter’s storyline doesn’t draw much attention. Both dramas are still awaiting a breakthrough in ratings.
AHHHHH~ Xiao Xiao Bin! He's so adorablee! OMG, what happens if Xiao Xiao Bin and Jimmy Lin were to act in a drama together? HAHAHA, that would like one of the cutest drama ever! Hahahahaa~ Xiao Xiao Bin's acting is really convincing! I love it when he clasps his hands and goes, "Please"! Soooo cutteeeee!
"Hi My Sweetheart" is okay. MoMo Love...what's the storyline? I thought it was getting somewhere with episode 4 but episode 5 put it back at square one. This drama is going in circles. The overly protective brothers are being emphasized too much. But on the bright side, Calvin comes out in episode 5! But I still don't get the storyline.

Autumn's Concerto Episode 2 Summary
The university has some financial issues and President Fang (Guang Xi's Mom) is trying to negotiate a deal with Director He. The problem is that Mr. He wants the piece of land that contains Sheng De Tang, an abandoned building in the University but Sheng De Tang is more than just a useless building. To Guang Xi and perhaps, President Fang, Sheng De Tang is like a monument, constantly reminding them of Guang Xi's father, who died when Guang Xi was still a young child.
Welcome aboard, hockey girl! This is He Yi Qian, daughter of the arrogant Director He. She sneaks into the hockey rink because....because...um...she likes hockey? Hahaha~ anyway, this was a really abrupt way to introduce her into the story.
Guang Xi, also the captain of the hockey team, kicks her out of the rink because she scored a goal right under his nose~
Uh-oh~ I don't like the sight of those two in the background. They are always up to no good although they always claim that what they do is always for the best interest of their children. Two parents, two children, guess it's match-making time.
President Fang informs Guang Xi of the financial dilemma the university is currently facing and that if they don't do something, Sheng De Tang might end up in another person's hands. Not surprised, Guang Xi replies, "So you're ready to demolish the only memory of Dad in this university. Why am I not surprised? You should have done so earlier. Don't you feel guilty every time you see Sheng De Tang?"
And the only way to save this holy place of memory is to go after Yi Qian in hopes that her father would give the university money. So sacrificing your son for money is worth more than anything, eh?
On the other hand, Flower Boy walked Mu Cheng home after the ice rink incident back in episode 1. Flower Boy ah~ will always be her guardian angel but never the person that lives in her heart. Such is the fate of a second male lead~
Upon hearing voices outside, Evil Lady rushes out to greet Mu Cheng and the President's son. Instead she sees Mu Cheng with Flower Boy and immediately scolds Mu Cheng for coming home with a gardener and not the rich guy. Mu Cheng tells her that she has nothing to do with the rich boy and will never see him again. Flower Boy jumps in and reveals that the reason was because he beat the rich boy up.
Hahaha~ this part was a bit amusing. Evil Lady flares up and spits out a lot of Taiwanese (Hokkien?) at Flower Boy. "Get lost! You're a scoundrel who wants to eat swan meat! Go back to tending your flowers! Your flowers are withering!"
Once she starts, she just can't stop. "Liang Mu Cheng, what kind of front are you trying to put up? He's the son of the President. One word from him and we'll get kicked out. And you still think you're a princess. If he tells you to sleep with him, you'll also have to say thank you... don't tell me you still want to play the piano, your father's been dead for so many years, keep dreaming! I raised you up for so many years, if I tell you to sell yourself, then you're going to sell yourself!"
That was some brutal verbal abuse. And it was the last straw for Mu Cheng as she ran out the house.
Unfortunately, this gives an excuse for the creepy prevert, Ah Cai, to go out after Mu Cheng.
Meanwhile Mu Cheng, seeing a piano, enters Sheng De Tang and proceeds to touch the piano keys that were once her pride and joy. Despite not touching a piano for years, she still remembers how to play that one song, Air on G String.
Coincidentally, Guang Xi is in the same room sleeping. He awakens once he hears the sound of a familiar piece.
He creeps slowly behind her and yells, "BOO, HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Who gives you the right to touch this piano!"
Startled by his sudden appearance, Mu Cheng attempts to leave but is quickly blocked by Guang Xi, who wants revenge for what happened on the ice rink. Still thinking that Mu Cheng is just like any other girl (out for his $$), he tells her to strip or else her family will lose their business contract with the university.
Meanwhile, Mr. Creepy is outside watching this drama unfold. This guy is such a _____. (let's play fill in the blank~)
As Mu Cheng starts to unbutton, she says, "Please tell me, a person who must degrade themselves in front of a stranger, how much fun is it. Please tell me, how much fun you are having sitting there watching me." Tears of disgrace rolls down her eyes...
Touched by her genuineness, he shouts for her to stop but she is too distressed.
He stops her from unbuttoning furthermore as a tear drops on his hand. "You men think this is very fun?" Mu Cheng askes bitterly. You men...
Outside, a security guard found Mr. Creepy lurking outside the window, Mr. Creepy runs away before he is caught but not before shouting that there are two students in the Sheng De Tang doing inappropriate things. The guard enters but sees no one (Mu Cheng and Guang Xi hid behind a sofa) so he locks the doors before leaving.
Mu Cheng tries to leave again but to no avail as the door is locked. Looks like she is fated to be in this room with Guang Xi.
The two hear a weird noise and went to search for the source of the noise whereupon, a huge scratch on the floor is discovered and a story is unfolded.
A little boy died here. There was once a professor in the music department who would often bring his son here to play. He taught him how to rollarblade. But one time, he didn't warn his son and let go of his hands. The boy lost balance and fell on the floor. This scar on the floor was made when the rollarblade scratched it. (what happened afterward?) Afterward, this dad used the same method and left his son. (His dad committed suicide) The boy fell again. At the age of 8, the boy died. People say, they see him at night, skating across the room.
Mu Cheng is no dummy. She easily makes connection that the little boy in the story refers to Guang Xi. Like the little boy, Mu Cheng also experienced this sudden letting go of daddy's hands. But unlike Guang Xi, she has a more positive outlook on it. She tells him, "Dad's heart hurts too when he let go, but he hopes that I learn to stand up when I fall. I think the dad/professor also wanted his son to learn this concept and not stay on the ground and mope." She is well equipped to face the many lemons life has thrown at her.
It turns out that the source of the weird noise they heard before came from a little injured bird. And of course, Mu Cheng will not just leave the injured bird there...
He looks at her with renewed respect and admiration. She's different from the others.
They sleep together through the night. Let's see who wakes up first. Hehehe
Tada~ it's Mu Cheng. She jumps back a bit when she sees Guang Xi sleeping right next to her. Hahahahahaha~
Guang Xi, feeling her stare, wakes up and teases her about spending the night with him. Mu Cheng, a little embarrassed, attempts to leave again but this time, Guang Xi stops her and says, "Wait, I have the keys." "WHAT?!?! Why didn't you say so earlier?!?!" Hahaha~ he kinda just forced her to spend the night with him.
"Because you didn't ask." he replies. Hahaha~ that's always the answer to that question, "Why didn't you say so earlier?" Wanting to see her again, he uses the excuse that the piano will break if it isn't played often to get her to play the piano every night after work. That's really nice of him, killing three birds with one stone. One, he gets to see her. Two, she gets to play the piano. Three, the piano won't break.
They leave Sheng De Tang with Mu Cheng trying to refuse his demand of playing the piano every night.
Unfortunately for them, two students see them walking out of Sheng De Tang and immediately whip out their camera phone to take pictures. Why? Because they are paparazzi.
Meanwhile, Evil Lady is so happy to discover that Mu Cheng did not come home all night while Mr. Creepy is mad that she spent the whole night with Guang Xi.
Guang Xi escorts Mu Cheng home. Mr. Creepy lashes out at Guang Xi, in the name of Mu Cheng's father. But don't be deceived! He only wants to keep Guang Xi away from Mu Cheng, away from his prize. You creepo!
Guang Xi sees through his facade and based on Mu Cheng's reaction when Mr. Creep pulled her away from him, he knows that the "other men" Mu Cheng referred to earlier was her stepfather, Mr. Creep. Guang Xi informs Mr. Creep that sexual offenders get a max of two years in jail and those kind of people might not even survive in jail.
Just before Guang Xi leaves, he gives Mu Cheng his phone so that she can call for help if her stepfather dares to bother her again. A thought to keep in mind: Recall the kiss scene on the hockey rink back in episode 1, the picture he took is also on this phone.
The next day at school, news about Guang Xi's bet has spread rapidly. (He bet with his friends that he'll get a photo of him and the bento girl kissing). The results will be announced at the school's track field.
No bets go without punishment. The person who placed the largest bet gets to declare a punishment. It's no surprise that this person turns out to be Zhang Ai Li, the person Guang Xi dumped in front of a bus in Episode 1. Revenge, revenge, revenge.
And the punishment is to wear pink heels and run 10 times around the track. That's pretty embarrassing for the leader of the school hockey team, no? It's PINK heels too~
He announces that he lost the bet. Mu Cheng, who purposely walks by with her lunch bike hears this and is a confused. She looks for his phone and sees the photo that he would have used to win the bet.
"Liang Mu Chen is my last target"
With that said, he readily accepts his punishment...
He runs, he falls, he's out.
Guang Xi is then bought to the nurses' office by He Yi Qian (Hockey Girl) and then an amusing conversation erupts. "An athlete using his feet as a bet, you have guts, but you're very childish too." she shoots him a suger coated arrow.
"Miss, don't you think you worrying too much for me? Are you interested in my hockey skills or interested in me?" he shamelessly shoots one of his Cupid arrows. Hahaha~
Saved by a phone call. It's Guang Xi's mom checking up on their progress.
She reminds him that Sheng De Tang might be lost if nothing is done.
Yi Qian overhears their conversation and asks if "the girl" they were mentioning referred to her. Guang Xi tells her flat out that his mom wants him to date her(Yi Qian) so that the university can get money from Director He. It's as simple as that and Yi Qian is impressed by his honesty.
Meanwhile, Mr. Creepy and Mu Cheng are driving home in his truck.
His constant inappropriate glances at Mu Cheng makes her feel very uncomfortable.
Mr. Creepy suddenly decides to go buy some seafood before heading home.
He walks over to the turtle cage and picks up one of the turtles trying to crawl out. As he picks the turtle up, he hints to Mu Cheng that she won't be able to escape from him no matter how hard she tries.
Terrified by his warning, Mu Cheng runs out of the seafood market and cries in despair. She takes out the phone that Guang Xi gave him and for a second she wants to call for help. But then she extinguishes that thought. No one to turn to for help...
It's almost 7:00 and Guang Xi is already at Sheng De Tang waiting for Mu Cheng to come.
When she finally arrives, he makes a lame joke about her being late but Mu Cheng is in no mood for any jokes today.
Today is not a happy day. Mu Cheng rushes through the only musical piece she knows and Guang Xi gets annoyed and is worried at the same time.
Mu Cheng starts to leave but Guang Xi stops her and reminds her that injured bird is still there waiting for her care. Mu Cheng explodes. "What responsibility? You think that just because you saved her you have the power to interfere in her life? You treat her well now, then how is she going to live in the future? You think you can always be at her side? Don't treat her well anymore and stop worrying about her. She has her own life."Your one moment of help isn't help, it'll only let her feel more painful" " Mu Cheng doesn't want to become dependent on Guang Xi.
"Because you'll never be part of her family, and from the start to the end, she'll always be alone."
Back at the house, the seafood lady meets up with Evil Lady and warns Evil Lady about Mr. Creepy's wandering eyes (on Mu Cheng). But Evil Lady dismisses that notion...(or maybe she's just ignoring all the obvious signs)
The next day at the school cafe, a student runs up to Mu Cheng and informs her that Guang Xi is injured and is waiting at Sheng De Tang for her.
It's a trap. It's Zhang Ai Li and her god brother up to no good. They kidnap Mu Cheng. (I want to thank them for this, because without them, we won't have the hockey scene~)
Meanwhile, Guang Xi calls his old phone (which he gave to Mu Cheng) and is surprised that someone else picked up. Zhang Ai Li. She wants Guang Xi to come to the hockey rink and uses Mu Cheng to threaten him.
Just like how Clark Kent turns into Superman, Guang Xi turns into Flash and speeds to the hockey rink.
Flower Boy is also looking for Mu Cheng when he sees Guang Xi sprinting somewhere. Sensing that it has something to do with Mu Cheng (his 6th sense is very strong), he finds out from Jacko and the other guy that Guang Xi is heading to the hockey rink. And off he runs...
Aww, there's Mu Cheng, tied up and sitting on the cold ground~!
But have no fear, Guang Xi is here! He managed to pick up a hockey stick on the way and pucks an egg(he must have really good skills to do that) at the Ai Li's godbrother.
OOOO, I'm so scared~ It's Hockey Team G and god brother getting ready to fire pucks at Guang Xi. The deal here is that as long as Guang Xi is able to block the pucks, they will let him and Mu Cheng go. The catch is he's not allowed to wear any hockey equipment!!! OUCH!
The first puck knocks Guang Xi to his knees but he calls the shot a weak one. And then they all start firing their pucks like a machine gun. Bang Bang Bang!
Not wanting Mu Cheng to get hurt, he throws himself around her, protecting her from the shooting pucks!
Awwww~
He eventually loses his balance and falls back but Mu Cheng pulls him in.
He smiles! Hahahahahaa~ This hug has overcome all pain from the shooting pucks!

It's Flower Boy to the rescue! Oh yea! He always comes at the right time! Herooo! He distracts the hockey players by taking Ai Li hostage and shouts for Guang Xi to escape with Mu Cheng.

Guang Xi puts out his hand.

Mu Cheng, recalling from the earlier hockey scene, that when you give your hand to someone, it means you're also giving him your life. Believing in Guang Xi, she gives him her hand.

And then they run.

Whee! I finally finish doing the summary for episode 2! Sorry for the lateness, I was being lazy! Anyways, episode 2 encompassed one of my favorite scenes in the drama so far, and that is hockey scene 2! (Hockey scene 1 was at the end of episode 1) It was well done, well directed, well acted! And the music played during this scene is wonderful. Everything just fits so perfectly. Hahaha~ or maybe I'm being bias here. :) And yay for flower boy for coming to the rescue! In Dong Jie's words from EFHL, Flower Boy is the guardian angel sent by the late Mr. Liang (MC's father) to protect not only Mu Cheng but the ♥ between Mu Cheng and Guang Xi.

Sunday idol drama battle: Xiao Xiao Bin vs. Lee Wei

Source: UDN
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
SETTV idol drama 'Autumn's Concerto' will enter the 6-years later storyline at 'Hua Tian Village' tonight. The cute Xiao Xiao Bin will appear for the first time, and female lead Ady An said: "Xiao Xiao Bin is like a little adult, can't believe a 5-year old child can act so well!" Even when Joe Chen Qiao En visited during filming, she couldn't help but praise Xiao Xiao Bin saying he is a 'child prodigy' after seeing his performance. As for CTS idol drama 'Hi My Sweetheart', Lee Wei will enter the drama tonight and form a love triangle with Show Luo & Rainie Yang.
'Autumn's Concerto' will also broadcast Vanness Wu's seductive shower scene tonight. Ady said: "Xiao Xiao Bin is a little adult, Vanness is a big child, they get along very well. There was once when they talked in 'alien language' but the amazing thing was that they were both able to continue the conversation!"
And Lee Wei will appear tonight in 'Hi My Sweetheart'. He also tossed away his image to promote the drama. During a recording of 100% Entertainment, he imitated Michael Jackson's grasping crotch dance, and even uglified himself with nose hairs and a beard, making Show & Rainie very surprised. Lee Wei said: "If an idol drama king like Show Luo can uglify himself to make a breakthrough, then what am I worried about!"
AHHH~ Xiao Xiao Bin! He comes out in today's episode already! Wooo! Miss you, miss you~

Netizens attack Kevin's solo appearance in 'Forensic Heroes III'

Kevin Cheng as bomb disposal specialist Ivan Yeung in Forensic Heroes II.
Source: Sina
Translations by miss scarlett @ http://asianfanatics.net
Earlier this month, TVB organized a drama sales presentation, introducing the upcoming year's drama productions. While the popular and critically successful Forensic Heroes series was announced to be filming a third season, original main cast Bobby Au-yeung, Frankie Lam, Yoyo Mung, etc. are nowhere to be seen. Instead, Kevin Cheng gives a solo appearance, causing netizens to come together to criticize the upcoming production, also remarking, "If there's no Bobby they shouldn't film it!"
Every year, the TVB Anniversary Awards are seen as an important event for the television world. TVB's sales presentation is also equally treated to be important. Earlier on TVB introduced the upcoming year's drama program lineup, which included the soon-to-film Forensic Heroes III. Bobby Au-yeung and Frankie Lam, who were part of the original main cast of the series, are nowhere to be seen for the third installment. Kevin Cheng's recurring character Ivan Yeung in Forensic Heroes II, however, is instead shown as the main lead in the upcoming production.
In 2006, Bobby Au-yeung and Frankie Lam's Forensic Heroes achieved high ratings of 38 points. Two years later the original cast, with the addition of Kevin Cheng and Charmaine Sheh, came together for a second season, which also garnered high ratings. Wanting to continue the success, TVB is already preparing for a third season. Unfortunately, the first and second generation cast is nowhere to be seen, including second generation cast member and Kevin Cheng's rumored girlfriend Charmaine Sheh. There is speculation that the reason why Charmaine Sheh is left out of the list is due to the fact that the audience might grow uninterested to the pair after their appearances together in both Forensic Heroes II and Beyond the Realm of Conscience. Aside Kevin Cheng's solo appearance in Forensic Heroes III, female cast members are also reduced to only Mandy Cho, Leanne Li, and Vivienne Yeo.
Many claim that Bobby Au-yeung is the trademark of Forensic Heroes. His absence in the third season disgruntled the audience. Recently many netizens came together in forums to discuss their disappointments in the third installment, claiming that the new production is like "hanging a goat's head but selling dog meat." Other netizens remarked that the absence of Bobby Au-yeung and Frankie Lam in the Forensic Heroes series is like without Ron Ng and Sammul Chan for the The Academy series. Netizen TENMA said, "What the hell? Can it not be called Forensic Heroes III? It stinks up the name!" Another netizen ken715 remarked, "If they're cutting out Bobby and Frankie, it shouldn't be called Forensic Heroes III. It ruins the name!" Other netizens remarked that as long as there is the Forensic Heroes series there should be Bobby Au-yeung, claiming Bobby to be the image of the series.
Reporters phoned Bobby Au-yeung's manager, asking if the reason of his absence in the series is due to schedule conflicts. She honestly replied "Actually, no one ever contacted us about it. (Forensic Heroes III only includes Kevin Cheng?) Maybe they think he's more suitable. I think it's better if you ask the producer." However, the drama's producer Mui Siu-ching is busy preparing the script, and could not be contacted.
I couldn't agree more! The title of the series is FORENSIC HEROES, so the main character should be someone a FORENSIC SCIENTIST *Bobby* and not a BOMB SPECIALIST *Kevin*. How can they not have Bobby?!?!
Edit: Oops, my bad, I totally forgot that Kevin is a bomb specialist turned forensics. SEE? That's why we need Bobby!

Vanness Wu throws away F4 baggage; likes to be called Ren Guang Xi

Source: China Times
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
Vanness Wu has been in the industry for 10 years, and has finally thrown away his F4 idol baggage, establishing his own personal characteristics. His performance in SETTV’s new drama ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ brings the audience to tears and begin to see him in a new light. Vanness said proudly: “In the past, when people saw me, they would say I’m ‘Meteor Garden’s F4, but now when I walk on the streets, people will point at me and say: you’re Ren Guang Xi from Autumns Concerto!”
Episode 6 was broadcasted last Sunday, and showed Vanness running out from his operating room to chase after Ady only to have her break his heart. When Ady watched the broadcast, she suddenly forgot she was the female lead, and as the story played out, she used up a whole packet of tissues. Ady invested a lot into her performance in the drama, but her good friend Shone An didn’t seem to show any appreciation, and even courageously said to her: “I don’t watch sad dramas, I prefer watching comedies.” Making Ady turn red with anger!
Hi, Ren Guang Xi! Bye, Ren Guang Xi! See you Sunday, Ren Guang Xi! Hahaha~ Ady cried watching herself cry~ hahahaha! For the x^nth time, Autumn's Concerto is fantastic! =)

Fahrenheit - Very Quiet (Hen An Jing)

Wheee~ this is gonna be in their fourth album coming out this new year! Yay! And as for Momo Love, hehe, episode 4 was pretty good, it was much better than the first three episodes. Like, if you are planning to start on this drama, start at episode 4, you won't miss a thing. I can't believe they actually spent 3 episode to tell me that:
1. The main character(Tao Hua) has four overly protective brothers and one wimpy brother
2. Tao Hua likes Shi Lang.
The two points are repeated n times in the first 3 episodes...so unless you just want to see handsome guys on screen, skip it and start at 4.

Returning back to Taiwan’s filming market, Ady An strives to make a new path

Translation: catalie & Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
After the idol drama 'The Outsiders' made Ady An popular 5 years ago, she chose to develop her acting in China instead and so, be absent from Taiwan's screens for a long time. Lately she has taken on the role of female lead in SETTV's new drama 'Autumn's Concerto'. This female star who has become very popular in China, has put her many filming projects aside to return to Taiwan and film an idol drama worth 20% of those in China but why did she make this decision?
Ady An who hasn't filmed in Taiwan for almost 3 years, was previously chosen by Beijing's Sina website to stand side by side with Ming Dao, making them the most loved Taiwanese idol couple by China's drama production companies. There were rumours that in China, Ady was earning $70-80,000 RMB per episode, pushing her price to the salary of a big star.
Hopes viewers can get to know her again
Ady An's manager Qi Qi said, "Taiwan and China's filming environments can't be compared. SETTV gives Ady a very generous salary." It just so happens that the producer of 'Autumn's Concerto' Fang Xiao Ren and Ady have known each other for a long time. This, along with Ady really wanting to return to Taiwan to film a drama, allowed Taiwanese viewers to get to know her all over again.
At the time when Ady left her home in Taiwan to film in China, she had many ambitions regarding her acting career, "I don't want to look back on my acting career in the future and then realise I stayed in Taipei all this time." Thus without hesitation she decided to expand her horizons and take her acting to China.
Expands her knowledge while filming in China
While she was filming in China, Ady has filmed in the Wudang Mountain ranges, Huangdian, Yinchuan and other places. She has even had a unique experience riding a camel in the arid desert and seen all of China's great mountains and waterways. Besides fulfilling her hopes of travelling while working, she has also expanded her knowledge.
Ady said seriously, "Filming in China is carried out at a much larger scale than in Taiwan. The locations are always changing and the cast line-up is also very strong." Thus this allowed Ady to work with lots of big stars from China and Hong Kong like famous Chinese actors Chen Daoming, Hu Jun, Vicki Zhao, Lu Yi, Huang Xiaoming and Hong Kong stars Anthony Wong, Athena Chu, etc.
'Water Margin's only Taiwanese actress
Ady recently accepted mainland China's much anticipated big series 'Water Margin'. The drama crew initially were not planning on inviting any Taiwanese or Hong Kong actors to take part, but unexpectedly, Ady ended up getting the role of a class-courtesan Li Shi Shi and became the only Taiwanese actress in the whole series.
In private, Ady smiled saying: "Actually I initially wanted to try out for the role of Pan Jin Lian! Because I want to try new styles." Unexpectedly, as soon as those words came out of her mouth, her manager immediately opposed the idea, because Ady has acted in many dramas, and every single one of them had a rape scene in it. Her manager wanted to prevent this from happening again, and so requested for her to try out for Li Shi Shi - one of the Top 10 talented women in ancient China.
Courtesan Li Shi Shi was specially picked out for Ady by the director, and although there are 108 male heros in 'Water Margin', there are only 3 female characters. And the director even let Ady finish her work in Taiwan first, before officially joining the drama crew, clearly displaying the degree of respect the production company has towards Ady.
Does homework before filming
Perhaps because of such results, as well as her solid foundation she has established in China that granted Ady’s wish to return back to Taiwan once again. She expressed: "Being a Taiwanese actress, it really is not easy to receive affirmation in China. In the beginning, I think they invited me due to 'The Outsiders'’; perhaps they think that Taiwanese idol drama actresses don't receive any training."
However, the very professional Ady would do her homework before filming every new series. Like in 'Kung Fu Master', she plays the character Zhao Min, and Ady spent extensive time online researching relevant information, and even asked her manager to go to the library to find some traditional books. And as her character is supposed to be a beautiful woman, Ady persisted not to go out during the day, afraid that she would get tanned and turn into 'Black Beauty'!
And it is because of her serious work attitude that has made Ady's acting career go so smoothly. She joked: "Previously, after my weaver lady role, I also got invited to play the role of 'lady on the moon' (cat: legendary moon goddess XD) It seems I'm fated to play fairy goddesses!" Other than this, after Ady showed off her talented acting abilities in some emotional scenes, many dramas with sad/tragic storylines also came knocking at her door.
Ady hasn't returned to Taiwan to film anything in a long time. Her new drama‘'Autumn's Concerto' is currently airing and achieving very good results. Ady's manager admitted: "She does feel quite nervous, afterall, she hasn't filmed in Taiwan for a long time."

TVB 42nd Lighting Ceremony

Whoa~ what happen to her? Looks she didn't get enough sleep or something!
WHOA~ he looks so tired~ what has TVB been doing to the hosts?
This year TVB decided to have all their artists perform a little dance together on stage. It gave me goosebumps. Not the artists but the cheesy dance.
Born Rich cast, their clothing look so bland.
The Stew of Life. I'm finally starting to get used to Fala's haircut.
Must refrain bashing, must refrain bashing... ah dope! Here goes my rant again. BF3 is the most horrible show I've seen. It totally did not live up to its predecessors, BF2 and BF1. The triangle between the three leads was boring and dragged from the beginning all the way to the end. It was worse than the Bosco-Linda-Ray one from MR. I could really go on about how bad this show is...but it'll only ruin my day, I shall stop here.
Kevin is forcing a smile.
E.U. Tian Gor, Laughing Gor, and Hao Ge. Where's Ron and Samuel? Maybe they were there and I'm just blind...
Rosy Business. Aww, too bad Sheren's not here...
Off Peddler. Wayne pulled off a Superman, he ripped off his RB costume and underneath was his OP suit. Hahahaa~
There they go again. Another Rayda pairing, not that I don't like this pairing just that it's getting a little old.
TVB should consider supporting her in the music industry rather than __________. Fill in the blank, I'm sure you have someone in mind.
I'm content about Susanna and her singing, just feel bad for the people in the back who are just standing there, probably wondering whether they should eat dinner first or take a shower first when they get home?
Welcome back to TVB, Big Bro!
Friends or Foes?
The costumes are very eye catching!
How would you react if one day you open the door and someone dressed in one of those costumes is there with an open bag and says, "Trick-o-treat!" Hahaha~
The remaining contestants from TVB's singing contest sang past themesongs which bought back a few memories here and there.
Gem of Life has been left to rot in the closet. What a shame. It was an Anniversary Series too. If I had to choose between a wailing Myolie and Mr.&Mrs. Serendipity, I would go with the Serendipities. At least, I learned a new word. Serendipity. It happens quite often in life.

S.H.E plays with Mayday; it’s an award-cum-friends’-gathering ceremony!

Source: UDN
Translated by: hazel @ http://asianfanatics.net
Please take out with full credits
The Singapore Golden Melody Awards the night before was once again a gathering for Chinese singers, and Mayday was the biggest winner of the night, taking Best Band, Album of the Year and three other major awards, beating the likes of Jay Chou and Wang Leehom.
S.H.E ranked second with four awards, and while receiving their awards they also found the time to make fun of Mayday, joking that they want to have a showdown with the rock band. Even Ashin could not help but exclaim that S.H.E is so energetic all the time: “It’s so amazing!”
S.H.E took home Best Group and the All-rounder Award, together with two other major awards, and performed for 15 minutes. Ella was extremely playful, first accidentally singing with a Tai-yu accent and laughing, then asking the entire audience to stand up and sing along with them.
They even pretended that they wanted to fight with Mayday for the Most Popular Group award, and in the backstage, Ella shouted out to the rock band: “How daring of you to try and come snatch the award from us! Come, send your fittest guy for a one-to-one with me!” In the end Guanyou was Mayday’s representative, and he mockingly attempted to throw a foldable chair at Ella. Both groups had a lot of fun playing together.
Rachel Liang of One Million Star fame won the Most Popular Female Singer, Most Popular Newcomer, and Outstanding Newcomer awards during the ceremony. Due to release her latest album <愛,一直存在 Love, Is Always Here>, there is a track written specially by Tanya Chua for her. So when she saw Tanya during the ceremony, Rachel could not help but say: “I hope when you hear it, you won’t throw up blood.”

Vanness Wu plays a patient in new drama; runs barefoot on the street

Source: TOM
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
Vanness Wu plays a patient suffering from brain cancer in new drama 'Autumn's Concerto'. Earlier, he filmed a scene where he wears a hospital garment and runs barefoot on the road to chase after Ady An's car. As filming took place at noon, the ground was very hot, and Vanness joked: "It feels like I'm dancing on a hot iron plate!" Vanness expressed that, in order to highlight his anxious feelings, he had a discussion with the director and decided to run barefoot. In this scene, Vanness tries to run very fast, but he is unable to catch up to the car, and falls on the streets. Besides being busy with filming, and memorizing scripts, Vanness has also been busy recording, to prepare for his new album.
This will be in episode 6...

I Need A Safe
Curiosity killed the cat. I'm trying very very very hard to not open my copy of Autumn's Concerto's storybook. BUT'S ITS SO DIFFICULT! And I don't want to spoil myself. Darn! Maybe I should have waited to get the storybook. Too late now! Is there any kind soul out there who would like to donate a safe so I could throw this book in and keep in locked in there until the time comes to open it?
Ok, I'm heading to my room now to get the book...
NO! I CANT DO THAT! MUST STOP! NO SPOILING!
Ok, I shall play games to distract myself...

Rainie Yang Forces Kiss, Show Luo Fans Revolt

Source: Liberty Times, Yahoo! News
Translation: endlessjoy @ Asianfanatics.net
Rainie Yang forces kisses on Show Luo (Xiao Zhu). His fans were watching from aside and when they witnessed their idol being sexually harassed, they let out sounds of pain. There were even fans so out of control who immediately cried. It scared Rainie, and she had to explain to them, “We are only close like siblings, don’t misunderstand.”
In the CTS drama, , Rainie is the “violent girl” and Show is the “mushroom head;” the female is strong and the male is weak, this collaboration is very interesting. Rainie even changed from her normal pitiful character, turning from weak to strong. Earlier at Hangzhou, they filmed a scene where Show was forced a kiss. There were almost 40 Show fans by the side watching. The moment the lips touched, the fans let out sounds of sorrow. Show had to comfort them saying, “You all be good. Your honey (husband) is filming. You all can’t be because of this and be mean to Rainie.” That really worked, and the fans immediately were silent. However, this scared Rainie, so every time there is a kiss scene, she will first apologize to his fans. The interaction was really funny. After Show’s comfort, his fans let their “Da Lang Honey (husband)” be given to Rainie without worries. They even showed their love to the person next to their idol; they too cared for Rainie. Everyday the fans help the two “add meals.” The 20 days the two were in Hangzhou, they were fed well; especially Rainie because she gained 4 pounds (2 kg). Her face on camera became rounder. The director even said to her, “This is what you guys get for eating buffet everyday!” The managers immediately warned them to control their diet.Hahaha~ Show: Your honey is filming...

Online feud between Jimmy Lin and Andy Lau's fans

Source : Channel News Asia
Credit: AF News
TAIPEI : Taiwanese singer-actor and professional race car driver Jimmy Lin was hoping to share his joy with friends and fans when he announced his engagement to model girlfriend Chen Ruo Yi as well as the arrival of his new-born son, but little did he expect a cyber war to erupt.
When Lin made the announcement during his birthday celebration in Taipei last month, which was also the one-month-old birthday of his son, host Dong Zhi Cheng remarked, "[Lin] is unlike Andy Lau, who still afraid to admit it after so many years."
His comment riled Lau's fan who immediately rebuked Lin for milking their idol’s current predicament, and an online feud broke out between the two camps.
"Why does [Lin] have to build his success on Andy’s misery?" said Lau's fan.
Another supporter commented, "Why are Lin's fans refusing to let Andy off the hook?"
Refusing to back down, Lin’s fans, who initially did not think very highly of Chen, showed their support for the couple.
"Thanks to Chen, Jimmy is now able to experience true family bliss," wrote fans on the fan club's website.
Perhaps too overjoyed, Lin, who is preparing for his upcoming concert in Shanghai later this month, said he isn’t affected by the ongoing 'war'.
Hong Kong star Andy Lau has faced criticism for his repeated denial of his relationship with long-time girlfriend Carol Chu despite tying the knot in Nevada last year. The Heavenly King only admitted to getting hitched after Hong Kong tabloid Apple Daily uncovered details of their union.
During Lin's birthday celebration, the 34-year-old admitted that he has been dating Chen for the past five years and he has no intention of keeping the matter a secret.
"Her kindness, pureness and understanding touched me. We got engaged last year and I had planned to break the news during my October concert but we didn't expect the news to break before hand," said Lin, otherwise known as "Little Whirlwind" during his days as a pop idol.
Lin's son, nicknamed Little Jimmy, was born in California, and the proud father, who has been showing off a photo of the little one to everyone, said the 3-kilogram baby has a small dimple and loves to smile. - CNA/fa
Fans...are being oversensitive? Andy Lau and his misery is his problem (I have nothing against him, he's a great singer) and has absolutely nothing to do with Jimmy Lin. Why are these fans pulling Jimmy down? If they want to be mad, they should be mad at the host who made that sour comment! I'm glad Jimmy isn't affected by this accusation. And why is the media still hounding over Andy? Get over it already!

Birthday boys Arron Yan and Calvin Chen were pranked

Source Chinatimes
Translated by Elvenstar @ http://asianfanatics.net
Fahrenheit's Wu Chun, Jiro Wang, Calvin Chen and Arron Yan due to filming contracts have had to go separate ways, causing non-stop rumors of them not getting along with each other and disbanding, but the four members have continuously showed that their friendship has not ended. Yesterday all members were present to film the Coca-Cola advert, Wu Chun and Jiro had a secret plan to help celebrate Calvin and Arron's birthday which are in November, even making the director join in with the prank, causing them both to shout "we've been pranked".
The advert was shot on 4 consecutive days, on the last day the director suddenly changed the script placing it upon Calvin and Arron, no matter how they acted the director wasn't pleased, re- shooting the scene over and over again. Calvin extremely puzzled said " The last few days the director has been really nice, has he taken the wrong medicine today?". Arron was also shouted to complete bewilderment, the director then finally cursed "Can you two not act it out?" and then shouted for a 5 minutes break. With the tense atmosphere, suddenly the whole studio went dark, Wu Chun and Jiro took out the hidden cake and after seeing the candle light, they both realized what had happened.
Calvin argued that he vaguely guessed that they were playing a joke, Arron from start to finish was scolded until near crazy, he was completely fooled. Calvin made a wish that he can buy a house soon and also previously for raising money for the 8/8 flood victims he designed a T-shirt for online sales, recently he donated the $100 000 NT to the TVBS compassion fund doing charity to celebrate his birthday.
Hahahahaha~ nice prank~ lemme record that in my prank book for future references. Poor Arron~ he had no clue it was a prank until the very end! Hahahahaa~ Happy birthday to them both~ Calvin is on the 10th and Arron is on the 20th~ so easy to remember! Haahahaha~

Good Bye Mr. Stone Head General

As you can see, Stone Head is old and old people tend to be stubborn and strict and wise. At first, I didn't really like this guy because he was such a meanie (slapping his godson 9X). But gradually, I started to warm up to him and it was finally in episode 18, that I started to see he's not that bad after all. He's the type of person where you have to look beyond his strict demeanor and stubborn ways to appreciate him. Unfortunately, his fate was cut short and he died 2 episodes later when he was given the 'Kiss of Death' by his other godson whom he disowned(I think), the leader of the Lunar Sect. He exploded into nothingness.
Old Stone Head was the first to go. He is a man who sought to protect his nation, a father striving to teach his son well, and alas a hero.
Rest in peace, Old Stone Head.

Jimmy Lin autographed tickets in Shanghai; Leon Jay Williams will be guest at concert

translation by l_coco @ http://asianfanatics.net
source : qq.com
Jimmy Lin’s concert will be held at the Shanghai Grand Theatre on Nov 21, 2009. He autographed tickets for fans yesterday at the Nanjing Road 353 Plaza. The session was at 7:30pm but large group of fans gathered long before that. Jimmy disclosed that the guest of honor Leon Jay Williams (from My Lucky Star) will bring surprises to the concert.
Jimmy announced the birth of his son last month. Fans wanted to see him in Shanghai more than ever. To thank his fans he took time off from concert preparation to meet them. Because he injured his hand recently instead of signing autographs he used a stamp and shook hands with fans. Fans sent their best wishes to the new father. Jimmy didn’t take any breaks during the entire session. Even though his hand was hurting he greeted each fan warmly with a smile.
This is the new father’s first appearance in Shanghai. It attracted a large crowd of fans and media who packed the plaza. The media were curious about the new “Lin Baba”. They also sent their best wishes. As to whether his family will attend his concert, Jimmy said his family will definitely be there but whether the baby will attend “is a secret, not to be disclosed now”. Even though he is still not used to be called a father he is very professional in his showbiz work. He would not leak any details about the concert but only said “Last year’s concert was at the Hongkou stadium. Because of the open space I couldn’t interact with the fans. This time it’s in the Theatre and there will be zero distance between us. I hope to spend a memorable evening with the fans.” New songs and dances and secret ideas will surprise everyone. The only thing he disclosed is that Leon Jay Williams will be the guest of honor.
Woo! A reunion of the MLS bros! Tian Qi and Tian Jun! Congrats again to the new father, Mr. Jimmy Lin! Talking about MLS, did you know that that the actress that played Ah Xing (Yoo Ha Na) was suppose to take on the role of Liang Mu Chen in Autumn's Concerto? Shocking isn't it? And the original actor to take on the role of Guang Xi was Mingdao. But you know, Van Ness is doing a mighty fine job with his role and so is Ady and their chemistry is bursting through the ceiling.

Vanness Wu kissing other girls makes Ady An very jealous; wants to add oil together with Show Luo

Source: NOWnews
Translation: Sarah @ http://asianfanatics.net
SETTV idol drama ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ aired its 5th episode last Sunday, and it left a big impression on the audience. Besides making the audience tear up constantly, the ratings also did very well! On the 2nd, main leads Vanness Wu, Ady An, Tiffany Hsu & Chris Wu happily ate kingfish to celebrate. Reporters at the event also asked SETTV general producer Chen Yu Shan whether she really will be leaving SETTV but her reply was quite ambiguous: “There are many different forms of collaborations.”
SETTV idol drama ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ aired its 5th episode last Sunday and met very strong competitor ‘Hi My Sweetheart’s premiere broadcast. But ratings still achieved a very good result of 3.73, claiming first place for the 5th consecutive week! And Ady also boldly admitted that she herself was too immersed in the drama. When she saw herself falling into the water, and then seeing Vanness Wu kiss hot girls at a nightclub, it made her extremely jealous. She laughed saying: “During the commercial break, I immediately phoned the director to complain, how can Vanness use the same way of kissing Liang Mu Chen to then go and kiss other girls?!”
In episode 5, there was one scene where Ady had to help Vanness shave. That heartbreaking performance of crying & suffering made Vanness say happily: “This drama has let me fully understand what are real emotions!” And after praises from Vic Zhou (Zai Zai), Elva Hsiao, and Jolin Tsai, Vanness revealed that this week Leehom Wang also sent a text message to him, congratulating him on his excellent performance.
Tiffany Hsu reveals she will have a bed scene with Vanness
Although Tiffany Hsu plays the second female lead in the drama, her character is also very loveable. When asked about comments from boyfriend Ethan Ruan, Tiffany replied: “He feels my character is not bad!” This time, she also has a new hairstyle in this drama, and her character is different to her previous arrogant stuck-up roles. And Ethan teased her saying: “You don’t seem that lethal anymore!” And after seeing Ethan film many bed scenes in idol dramas, Tiffany finally gets the chance to strike back. She will also have a very passionate scene with Vanness in a future episode. When asked whether she will report this to her boyfriend, she replied saying it’s only acting, and she isn’t scared that he’ll get jealous.
The day before yesterday, ‘Autumn’s Concerto’ & ‘Hi My Sweetheart’ each held celebrations for their dramas in different parts of Taipei. Are they worried that the media will plan attacks? Vanness replied that earlier, he specially sent a text message to Show and said to him: “No matter what the media says, us brother have to jia you (add oil) together!”
Hahahaa~ I think EVERYONE is immersed in AC~

Must I say more? I am definitely starting this T.O.D.A.Y., starting from episode 11, because the first 10 episodes are about the hero, Zhang Wu Ji, in his teen years and Ms. Zhao Min/Ady doesn't appear until later on. Enjoy the MV for now~

Autumn's Concerto Episode 6 Preview
Credit:gar6301
. . . need to restock on Kleenex. There's so many things going in next week's episode! Mu Cheng and Guang Xi are going to go on a "last" date, Guang Xi's going to get tricked into doing that other surgery, and...and...*sniff* Mu Cheng is going leave. *sniff sniff* On their date, they get their (wedding) photograph taken and they try to smile through their tears. Their time is limited. And the kind photographer who is touched by their preserverance says, "Photography is magic that turns an instance into forever." That is a good line. I like it. I wonder who gets to keep the photo.

Ada, as you can see, was very nervous when filming the kiss scene. And Van Ness, I guess he's glad he's not NGing too much in this scene. His suggestion to put Ady on the top of the shelf was HAHAHAHAHAAA! After he makes that statement, he quickly clarifies, "This is not what I want, I'm just giving an advice..." HAHAHAAA!

Joe Chen Qiao En might leave her company

Source: ChinaTimes
Translated by meosles @ http://asianfanatics.net
Chen Qiao En is said to mind her being frozen by the company in the past. Sun De Rong said: "We did not freeze her, it's part of her education process."
Tony Sun’s band 5566 and Ming Dao’s 183 Club, has only 1 month left in their contract with J-Stars but all seven artistes haven’t renew their contracts. There are signs of a mass exodus. Fans petition Chen Qiao En to leave her company which is on the blink of collapse. J-Star’s general manager Sun De Rong retorted “What does fans know?” Rumours goes that the possibility of her leaving is high and her new drama “Jia Qi Ru Meng” will be her graduation work. Regarding this, Sun De Rong said: “We have shown our sincerity. If others can do better, we will wish them well.”
Earns 30 millions last year, may not renew contract.
Chen Qiao En rose from a minor artiste to the first sister of idol drama with idol dramas like “Prince Turned To Frog” and “Fated To Love You”. She has no lack of drama offers, as well as many commercials and event contracts. This year, her dramas “Easy Fortune Happy Life” and “Staying By Sunshine, Staying By You”, and five endorsements for lingerie and spectacles etc brought in an income of nearly 30 millions. However, she may not renew her contract with J-Stars with whom she has worked with for eight years.
J-Stars repelled enemies, offer bigger cut
According to sources, many companies are trying to win Chen Qiao En over. In order to keep this “golden goose”, J-Stars offers to reduce their cut of 30% of her earnings. “Jia Qi Ru Meng” also allows her to choose her dramas. Sun De Rong said: “People must remember to be grateful.” Her fans said that J-Stars is on the brink of collapse. Sun De Rong said angrily: “This is a result of the environment. If we can earn money at home, who wants to leave their home country? Now fans are like famous mouths (people known for their eloquence), they only know how to talk.”
Sun De Rong is open-minded, stay if able to work together, leave otherwise
Sun De Rong manages J-Stars which brought to frame the band 5566 which includes members Sam Wang, Zax Wang and Jason Hsu. 183 Club was left with only Sam Wang, Ming Dao and Ehlo Huang after Jacky Chu and Johnny Yan left the group. Tony Sun, Zax Wang and Ming Dao may take into account the many years of friendship with the company and renew their contracts, especially Ming Dao who is “highly productive”. He participated in three dramas and earns more than 20 millions this year and has the least complaints against the company. Regarding artistes who have yet to indicate their intentions, Sun De Rong is open-minded: “Stay if able to work together, leave otherwise."
Qiao En, I wish you the best of luck~ follow your heart, break through the door and soar high into the sky, experience the beauty of the clouds, the silence of the skies, and the majestic rainbow, and enjoy the freedom of the skies. Don't stay at the bottom of the well... jump out and soar.

Susan Tse's role as a villain in "Beyond The Realm Of Conscience"
Susan Tse's popularity has gone up very rapidly recently. Just the phrase of "Jer jer(sister) wants to borrow something from you, it's your head" in
Talking about her role as the Grand Empress in
While everybody was cursing the Grand Empress, Susan laughed and said the audience should watch the episode when the Emperor died. The Grand Empress was betrayed by Ma Yuan-Zhi (Joseph Lee) and ended up a painful death. Susan said "In this series, I use my eyes to act. At the beginning, I used my eyes to look at the concubines, but at the end, I used my eyes to show I was desolate. I was practicing that at home, I couldn't help "eyeing" my husband. He was so frightened and asked me why did I look at him like that for?"
Susan had put on 10 pounds in weight for that role. She said "The background of the series is in Tang Dynasty. It is well known that the women in that era were plump. In fact it is good that I put on a bit of weight because I do look a bit better on screen. Moreover, the head decorations are very heavy, when we were filming, we had to be so careful. We even had to wear a neck collar to protect our neck when we were not in front of the camera. I must praise the producer for considering all the details in the costume design. The higher the rank, the more sophisticated the head dress and the costume are, and everyone's decoration is different."
Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, who is the scariest villain of them all?
Susan is the scariest villain of them all. Her glares are razor blade sharper than MR's Hung Yee, the words that come out of her mouth are even more striking than the MR's Sa Yee. She's the scariest Yee Yee of them all. If looks could kill, we would all be dead.
Is she evil? Chinese Paladin would probably say, "There is evil in good and good in evil. That is the Way." Hahaa. Anyways, I think the answer to that question depends on which perspective you're standing from. If you look through the lens of a mother, she's probably not evil since as she says, "
If she was my teacher, I would never skip class or be late for class, for fear of being struck dead by her deathly glares.
